Jason Bogert is the managing broker here at Lafayette Listing Realty and earned his broker license in 2016. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction Management, he rolled up his sleeves and began working on homes right here in Lafayette, IN. What started small quickly grew, and 25 years later, Jason leads the successful team behind Bogert Construction. 

Now as the owner of Lafayette Listing Realty, Jason brings together a unique blend of hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and leadership that gives clients the best of both worlds—whether you’re buying, selling, or building your dream home. When he’s not overseeing the business or helping clients, Jason loves spending time with his sons, family, and friends. We’re incredibly lucky to have his vision and dedication guiding our team!

Hi, I'm Dusty Robinson, a licensed Realtor® with Lafayette Listing Realty-and proud to be one half of the Robinson-Geswein Team, alongside my daughter, Reagan. I've called Lafayette, Indiana home my entire life, and after decades in leadership and construction, I can honestly say helping people through real estate is the most fulfilling work I've ever done. 

Over the years, I've had the privilege of personally overseeing the construction of more than 100 homes across Tippecanoe County and beyond. With a deep appreciation for building strong foundations-both in homes and in life— I bring that same care, dedication, and attention to detail to every client I serve. People who work with me know I show up— every call, every question, every showing-because that's what i'd want if it were my family making a big move. I believe in doing things the right way, not the fast way. That means being honest, staying responsive, and always keeping your best interest at the heart of every decision. 

When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my wife of 30+ years, Joni, our four daughters (Reagan, Riley, Brooklin & Briann), two son-in-laws (Mitchell Geswein & Jake Wicks), and our crew of grandkids (Rowan, Gunner, Adley & Tripp). You'll usually find me outdoors – fishing, hunting, golfing, or just enjoying time with the people I love!

Hi, I'm Reagan Geswein, a licensed Realtor® with Lafayette Listing Realty. I have the absolute joy of working alongside my dad, Dusty Robinson, as part of the Robinson-Geswein Team. Helping people buy or sell a home isn't just what I do-it's something I genuinely care about. Real estate is full of ups and downs, but getting to walk alongside clients through one of the biggest chapters of their lives? That's what makes it all worth it. 

I'm a lifelong Tippecanoe County girl, so this community means the world to me. I know the area, love the people, and I truly want what's best for every client who trusts me with their story. 

When I'm not working, you'll find me soaking up the chaos and beauty of being a farmer's wife to my husband, Mitchell, and a mom to our two kids, Rowan and Gunner. I love sunsets on the back deck, a good reality show, and harvest rides in the combine with my husband.

Nelly Russell is a licensed Realtor® with Lafayette Listing Realty. She is originally from Northwest Indiana and moved to Lafayette in 2008. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 2009 with a degree in Criminal Justice. She has worked in the bar and restaurant industry her entire life and decided she needed a change to follow her true passion. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and friends. She always had a passion for Real Estate and would love to help people find their forever homes. Her business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. Nelly has a tenacious work ethic and as an agent, her focus is to assist buyers and sellers in any real estate needs. 

Melissa Jenkinson is a licensed Realtor® with Lafayette Listing Realty. She is a born and raised resident of Lafayette Indiana, a mother to three children, a graduate from Ivy Tech, then later went on to obtain her real estate license. Since then she’s found success in the real estate market, closing on homes for families and investors alike. 

As a mother and homeowner herself, she understands the needs of burgeoning families, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the client always walks away happy. When it comes to professionalism, work ethic, and emotional intelligence, she has everything needed to make the home buying process go as smoothly as possible. Because of this, she has gone to Lafayette Listing Realty, which ensures that she has expertise on hand and decades of experience to call upon if need be.

Sumon Roy is a licensed Realtor® with Lafayette Listing Realty. Originally from Bangladesh, he moved to the U.S. in 2017 and earned his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Civil Engineering from Arkansas State University. He specializes in residential real estate, first-time buyers, and luxury homes. With a background in engineering, he brings a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how homes meet the needs of modern living. He is committed to guiding clients with professionalism, integrity, and a friendly, educational approach. 

As a real estate broker, Sumon offers active listening, a strong work ethic, and goal-oriented service. He believes in asking the right questions to understand each client’s unique needs and is passionate about educating and empowering buyers and sellers, especially those navigating the market for the first time. 

Outside of work, Sumon enjoys gardening, fishing, and outings with friends and family. He lives in Lafayette with his wife, Tandra, and their one-year-old son, Trishaan. Kinzie Raters is a licensed Realtor® with Lafayette Listing Realty. Born and raised right here in Lafayette, Kinzie brings a deep love for her hometown and a passion for helping others in their real estate journey. She is married to Joel Raters, a Lafayette fireman, and together they’ve just welcomed their beautiful daughter, Nora Jane, into the world. As a new mom, Kinzie knows firsthand how important it is to find not just any house, but a true home, to grow, gather, and build lasting memories! 

When she’s not helping clients navigate the home buying or selling process, Kinzie can be found in the garden, baking something sweet, or taking family trips to their favorite getaway in St. Joseph, Michigan. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and believes in creating a balanced, fulfilling life.
